    摘要:

    研究了一种基于历史检验数据的电梯风险模型,风险模型将电梯使用时间、额定速度、额定载重量、使用位置、制造、安装、维保情况等参数作为电梯检验不合格B和C项的函数,获得电梯整机的风险值,依据所建立的风险模型,获得广州市电梯的风险分布情况,为实现电梯分类重点监管,起到了重要数据和技术支撑作用。

    Abstract:

    Elevator is an important vertical transport vehicle for people, there are always risks for passenger to ride elevators, to make those risks maintain at an acceptable level, it is required by government that every elevator in use shall be inspected periodically, even under those conditions, some accidents still happens. In order to supervise and minimize the risk and finally reduce the probability of accidents in elevators, an risk model for elevators based on historical inspection data which are required in TSG7001 regulation is built, the risk model measures the risk of elevator using several factors such as usage time, rate velocity, rate capacity, use location, manufacture, installation as well as maintenance factor. The risk values for a group of elevators have been calculated by the proposed risk model, a risk distribution for those elevators have also been obtained, risk management method has been proposed for dealing with high risk level elevators.
