    摘要:

    汽车在行驶过程中不可避免会受到路面激励而产生振动,针对这一问题,以行驶平顺性和操作平衡性为目标,以1/4车主动悬架为研究对象,在B级、C级路面激励条件下,把轮胎动载荷、车身垂直加速度、悬架动行程作为评价指标进行研究;同时,把模糊推理与PID控制相结合,提出一种模糊PID控制策略应用于主动悬架系统中,对PID参数进行实时在线整定,使之适应实际路面环境的不断变化;ADAMS与MATLAB联合仿真结果表明:应用模糊PID控制策略可有效减小典型路面激励条件下汽车的振动幅度和速度,大幅改善乘坐舒适性和操纵稳定性,具有一定应用价值。

    Abstract:

    It is inevitable for cars to vibrate because of road excitation during the movement. Regarding this problem, this paper selects the active suspension of the quartercar as the research object and ride smoothness and handling balance as the goal. Under the condition of class B and class C road excitation, it takes tire dynamic load, body vertical acceleration and suspension dynamic travel as evaluation indicators. Meanwhile, the fuzzy inference and PID control are combined to propose a fuzzy PID control strategy which is applied in the active suspension system. Then the PID parameters can be adjusted online so that the system can adapt to the changing road conditions. The simulation and test results show that the fuzzy PID control strategy can effectively reduce the vibration amplitude and speed of the car under the typical road excitation and greatly improve ride comfort and handling stability. The fuzzy PID has a certain value in terms of practical application.
