    摘要:

    以某中速船舶柴油机为研究对象,对其不同转速下的振动响应进行了实验研究。在实验的基础上,对于该类型的多转速工况机器,采用基于模态扩展的声学传递矢量(Acoustic Transfer Vector, ATV)计算技术,将振动与声场联系起来,计算出了机舱在主机单一噪声源激励下的噪声场分布。计算结果表明:振动响应的分布规律与机舱声场分布的规律一致,验证了基于振动法预测声场分布方法的准确性,同时可视化的声场分布可为机舱的降噪提供理论指导。

    Abstract:

    The vibration responding of a medium speed marine diesel engine under different speed was studied with experiment. On the basis of experiments, and for this type of multi speed operating condition machine, using the Acoustic Transfer Vector method (ATV) to contact the vibration and sound field. The noise field distribution of the engine room under the excitation of a single noise source is calculated. Calculation results show that, the distribution of the vibration response is consistent with the sound field distribution of the engine room, and the accuracy of the method is verified, also the sound field distribution can provide theoretical guidance for the noise reduction of the engine room.
