By utilizing the air convection and heat radiation fundamental, a wallmounted indoor temperature controller is designed based on heatgenerated carbon fiber. Measurements of temperature and velocity, ANSYS simulation are carried out to a few pointstested of the controller. The results of temperature and velocity between measurement and simulation are in good correlation, and the best effect of heat transfer is summarized out. The investigation shows that it is one better way to solve the problem of low efficiency and high emissions of harmful gas resulting from local heating with this temperature controller, and the effects of energy saving and emission reducing are achieved.
