    摘要:

    利用传热学空气对流换热以及热辐射原理,设计了一种基于碳纤维材料发热的室内壁挂式调温器,完成了多项试点温度、速度等的试验测定及Ansys模拟,模拟与试验温度场和速度场很好地吻合,并总结了应用该设计达到的最佳传热效果。结果表明:该室内壁挂调温器能有效解决局部采暖方式能量利用率低、有害气体排放高等问题,达到节能减排的效果。

    Abstract:

    By utilizing the air convection and heat radiation fundamental, a wallmounted indoor temperature controller is designed based on heatgenerated carbon fiber. Measurements of temperature and velocity, ANSYS simulation are carried out to a few pointstested of the controller. The results of temperature and velocity between measurement and simulation are in good correlation, and the best effect of heat transfer is summarized out. The investigation shows that it is one better way to solve the problem of low efficiency and high emissions of harmful gas resulting from local heating with this temperature controller, and the effects of energy saving and emission reducing are achieved.
