Based on the research background of the toggle type press with high speed and ultraprecision, hydrostatic bearing has been studied in the application of the press. Aimed at the complexity of hybrid oil flowing in the multi pockets of hybrid bearing, computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT is used to analyze the pressure field of liquid hybrid bearing. The influences of spindle speed and supply pressure on the carrying characteristics are comprehensively analyzed. The results show that with the increase of input pressure or spindle speed, the carrying capacity could be linearly increased.
