    摘要:

    现有的电磁挂梁是相互独立的,吸盘直接与挂梁体刚性连接,该型式的挂梁受力不均,易磨损。研究设计一种基于柔性技术的六吊点电磁挂梁。根据柔性连杆系统结构,建立优化模型,设置约束条件,运用MATLAB中多维约束优化函数fmincon对从动件摇杆(左摇臂7)和连杆3尺寸进行优化设计,实现电磁盘的高低自动调节,满足电磁挂梁的工作要求,为电磁挂梁柔性连杆系统的多吊点平衡起吊提供必要的科学依据。

    Abstract:

    The existing electromagnetic hanging beam is independent of each other, sucker is directly connected with the hanging beam body rigidity, and the stresses in this type of hanging beams are veryuneven and easy to wear. The authors designed a kind of electromagnetic hanging beam with six hanging points based on flexible technology. According to the flexible link system structure, optimized model is established and the constrains are set by using MATLAB with multidimensional constrained optimization function fmincon to optimize the dimensions of the follower rocker cam (the left rocker arm 7) and link 3, and achieve the automatic adjustment of electromagnetic disc height. The proposed design could meet the requirements of electromagnetic hanging beam, and it provides the necessary scientific basis for the multi suspension balance hoisting of the electromagnetic hanging beam flexiblelink system.
