Software copyright protection is an important part of intellectual property protection system. With the rapid development of the mobile internet, new challenges are emerging in software architecture and authorization. Facts proved that it urgently needs to look for a new mechanism of software protection for mobile internet. Based on previous researchers’ works, the characteristics of mobile internet are analyzed; the whole licensing procedure is divided into 3 phases and 8 steps. A new model (MASAMHFDL) is proposed and evaluated the performance of the model quantitatively. By comparison with previous related works, the new model has many advantages. The result shows that the new model is very useful in stability, reimplementation, portability and scalability.
