    摘要:

    软件版权保护是知识产权保护体系中的重要组成部分。随着鱼洞互联网的快速发展,软件架构和授权正面临新的挑战。事实证明,目前移动互联网亟需一种新的软件保护机制。基于研究者前期的工作,分析了移动互联网的特性,将整个版权保护过程分为3个状态共8个步骤,提出了一种新的支持动态许可证的分布式移动App软件授权认证模型。与以前相关工作相比,新模型在在可行性、安全性和完备性等方面有许多优点。

    Abstract:

    Software copyright protection is an important part of intellectual property protection system. With the rapid development of the mobile internet, new challenges are emerging in software architecture and authorization. Facts proved that it urgently needs to look for a new mechanism of software protection for mobile internet. Based on previous researchers’ works, the characteristics of mobile internet are analyzed; the whole licensing procedure is divided into 3 phases and 8 steps. A new model (MASAMHFDL) is proposed and evaluated the performance of the model quantitatively. By comparison with previous related works, the new model has many advantages. The result shows that the new model is very useful in stability, reimplementation, portability and scalability.
