    摘要:

    应加热因控制灵活、热效率高,不污染环境等特性在工件热处理中得了广泛的应用。针对重载下难于启动,探讨了电磁感应加热中频电源的启动策略,分析了电流型中频感应加热电源难于启动的原由,研究了启动控制参数之间的约束关系,讨论了整流触发角选取等原则,最后给出了成功启动控制的条件。基于MATLAB仿真软件,借助实验仿真验证了提出启动策略的正确性。实验结果表明:提出的参数优选策略是可行与合理的。

    Abstract:

    Induction heating is widely used in the workpiece heat treatment because of its characteristic such as being flexible in control, high in thermal efficiency and no pollution in environment and so on. Aimed at being difficult to start under heavy load, the paper explored the starting strategy of electromagnetic induction heating medium frequency power supply. In the paper, it made anatomy of the reasons on being difficult to start for the current type of induction heating power supply, studied on the constraint relation among the starting control parameters, discussed the selection principle of the rectifier trigger angle and so on, and finally, gave the conditions for successful startup control. Based on MATLAB simulation software, the simulation results verified the correctness of the proposed strategy. The experimental results show that the proposed method is feasible and reasonable.
