    摘要:

    对高压断路器智能电机操动机构的结构进行分析,并介绍了电机操动机构控制系统硬件组成,在此基础上对控制器进行总体设计,从面板控制程序、数据采集程序流程和软件抗干扰方面对电机操动机构进行软件设计,从而设计了一种新型的高压断路器智能电机操动机构。与传统高压真空断路器操动机构相比,所设计操动机构具有结构简单、易于控制、伺服性强、机械可靠性高等优点。

    Abstract:

    This paper analyzed the structure of intelligent motor operating mechanism for high-voltage circuit breaker, and introduced the hardware composition of control system for the motor operating mechanism. The overall design of controller and software for motor operating mechanism were proposed in the aspects of panel control program, data acquisition program flow and software anti-interference, and a new intelligent motor operating mechanism for high-voltage circuit breaker was established. As compared with the operating mechanism for traditional high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker, the present one has many advantages such as simple structure, easy control, strong servo and high reliability.
