    摘要:

    针对助航灯具在线维护时光照环境、发光强度、检测距离、发光口个数等多方面因素的影响,设计了基于霍夫变换的助航灯视觉检测系统。基于由衍射效应引起强逆光源成像为圆形的特征,该系统在随机霍夫变换算法基础上采用多区分配和象限约束条件选取随机点减少随机采样造成的无效累积,根据目标图像轮廓确定检测半径范围以提高检测速度。实验结果表明:设计的助航灯检测系统可以有效在线检测灯具的中心,具有很好的适应性和有效性。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the influence of illumination environment, luminous intensity, detection distance and the number of light - emitting ports on the online maintenance of navigation lights, a visual inspection system based on random Hough transform is designed. Based on the characteristics of the strong backlight image caused by the diffraction effect, the improved random Hough transform is proposed, which is to select the random points by multi-zone assignment and quadrant constraints, and to determine the radius according to the target image contours. The experimental results show that the designed navigational lamp detection system can effectively detect the center of the lamp online, and has good adaptability and validity.
