    摘要:

    环件轧制过程中需要实时测量环件直径,针对传统测量装置存在调整麻烦、控制精度低等问题,结合TRIZ创新理论,提出一种经济、简单、有效、稳定的测量装置改进方案。在D52型径向辗环机上实施并长时运行检验,证明改进后的测量装置稳定可靠,检测精度较高,降低了工人技能要求和劳动强度,提高了生产效率。

    Abstract:

    To solve the problem with the adjustment and control of the ordinary ring rolling machine, TRIZ theory is applied in innovation and analysis. The project of the detecting system improvement to put the measuring device signal into the control process is proposed which is economic, simple and effective. It has been applied successfully into D52 radial ring rolling machine. The fact it has been tested for more than one year proves that the system stability is more reliable, the detection accuracy is quite higher, it can relief the load of work, reduce the production cost and improve the economic efficiency.
