    摘要:

    以高温梭式窑的工艺控制为背景,分析了影响系统温度的各个主要因素,确定系统温度控制方案为采用3个单闭环PID的控制方式。采用S7300PLC作为下位机,用以采集实时数据与控制现场设备。将工控机作为监控系统的上位机,通过组态王软件实现对下位机的实时监控。实验室仿真结果表明:监控系统完全能够满足系统工艺控制要求,稳定性高,在温度控制精度与跟随特性上能够满足产品生产的要求,具有一定的借鉴价值。

    Abstract:

    This paper analyses the influence factors of system temperature, and three single closeloop PID control systems are introduced for the temperature control scheme of high temperature shuttlekiln. In hardware, S7300PLC is used as the lower computer to collect realtime data and control field equipment. The industrial control computer as a monitoring system of PC, realtime monitoring system is realized by Kingview configuration software. The experiments demonstrate that the monitoring system can meet the requirement of the process control system and also provide high stability. Therefore it has a certain reference value.
