    摘要:

    现有凸轮轴盖毛刺清理设备采用固定夹具,难以解决压铸工件不一致性带来的夹持稳定性问题。为此开展基于机器视觉的凸轮轴盖夹具定位控制系统设计。搭建机器视觉测量平台,进行凸轮轴盖孔径测量的图像处理算法设计;结合三坐标测量仪补偿测量误差,开发视觉测量系统,实现凸轮轴盖孔径的精确测量;与下位机STM32电机控制程序联动,完成夹具定位的自动调整。结果表明:所设计的控制系统自动化程度高、适应性强,提高了毛刺清理设备的柔性。

    Abstract:

    The existing camshaft cover burr cleaning equipment adopts fixed fixture,which is difficult to solve the problem of clamping stability caused by the inconsistency of die casting workpiece.In order to solve this problem,an adaptive control system for camshaft cover fixture positioning based on machine vision was designed.A machine vision measurement platform was built,and the image processing algorithm for camshaft cover aperture measurement was designed;the measurement error was compensated by using CMM,a vision measurement system was developed to realize the accurate measurement of camshaft cover aperture;the control program of STM32 motor was linked to complete the automatic adjustment of fixture positioning.The results show that the designed control system has high degree of automation and strong adaptability,the flexibility of deburring equipment can be improved by using the system.
