Abstract:According to the torque need of two axis mechanical gyroscope, the working principle of the two axis permanent magnet moving iron torque was analyzed. According to the overall structure layout, the overall structure design of the torque was made, and the torque coefficient of the torquer and the working point of the permanent magnet were analyzed and calculated. Through the magnetic stability test of permanent magnet and application of torque converter prototype in the angular rate measurement system, the test data were analyzed in detail. Aiming at the cause of torque coefficient fluctuation of the torquer with ceramic skeleton coil combination, the structure scheme of frame-less coil combination was presented, by which the problem of torque coefficient fluctuation under high temperature and large angular rate working state could be better solved.So torque coefficient stability of the torque converter is improved, the nonlinear requirements of the scale factor in this system can be better met.
