    摘要:

    针对我国目前的石油管道中更换伴热管不方便的问题,提出一种满足石油行业工作需求的智能液压抽装管机。阐述该型拔管机液压电控系统的组成以及工作原理,并说明该电控系统的控制逻辑。该型拔管机全套采用防爆型器件,可安全地适用于油气混合的高危环境;通过设计自适应差动切换系统,可满足高负载与高速之间的自适应切换;同时为该系统增加了人机交互功能,方便实时控制与监控该型拔管机的工作状态。实际应用表明:该型拔管机的工作效率高、可靠性强、安全性高。

    Abstract:

    Focusing on the replacement problem of heat tracing pipes in current oil pipeline,an intelligent hydraulic extubating machine satisfying the work needs of the oil industry was proposed.The composition and working principle of the hydraulic electronic control system were expounded,and the control logic of the electric control system was illustrated.The extubating machine adopted a complete set of explosion-proof devices,which could be safely applied to the high-risk environment of oil and gas mixing.Though designing an adaptive differential switching system,it could satisfy the adaptive switching between high load and high speed.It had the function of HMI model,which was convenient for real-time control and monitoring of the working state of the extubating machine.The experiment shows that the extubating machine has high working efficiency,strong reliability and high safety.
