    摘要:

    煤机设备减速器国产化已成为趋势,但是国产蜗轮蜗杆减速器一直存在发热严重、传动效率低、蜗轮磨损明显、寿命较低等问题,尤其是蜗轮的耐磨性已成为行业“卡脖子”的技术难题。分析国产蜗轮蜗杆减速器中存在的故障,通过研究蜗轮蜗杆的材料、加工、装配和润滑等影响因素,为蜗轮蜗杆减速器提供了材料选择方案、蜗轮蜗杆表面质量控制建议、蜗轮蜗杆装配和润滑措施等,最后通过台架试验和井下工业性试验验证,该减速器可在矿上无异常使用6个月以上,表明减速器的开发是成功的。

    Abstract:

    Domestication of coal machine gear reducer has become a trend,but domestic worm gear reducer has many problems,such as serious fever,low transmission efficiency,obvious worm gear wear,low life,especially the wear resistance of worm gear has become a “neck” technical problem in the industry.The fault existing in domestic worm and worm reducer was analyzed.Through the study of the worm and worm gear material,processing,assembling and lubrication etc,a materials selection scheme for the worm gear and worm reducer,worm gear and worm surface quality control suggestions,worm gear and worm assembly and lubrication,were provided.Finally through the bench test and industrial test,the reducer can be used in the mine for more than 6 months without abnormal conditions,indicating that the development of the reducer is successful.
