Abstract:In order to solve the problem of flow fluctuation and hysteresis of the distribution valve of the new valve distribution double-row axial piston pump, the mathematical model of high-speed on-off valve and the AMESim simulation model of the valve distribution double-row axial piston pump were established to analyze the influence of plunger movement frequency, coil turns, spool quality and spring preload on the dynamic characteristics of the distribution valve. The results show that the frequency of plunger movement has little effect on the flow fluctuation of the distribution valve, but the increase of plunger movement frequency causes the aggravation of the backfill effect, resulting in the decrease of volumetric efficiency. When the number of coil turns increases by 64.3%, the flow fluctuation of the distribution valve is only 4.92%, and the spool closing time increases by 4ms, and the opening is not affected. When the spring preload is increased by 3 times, the flow fluctuation of the distribution valve is increased by 5.5 times, the spool closing time is reduced by 3ms, and the opening time is increased by 1ms, and the spool quality is positively correlated with the flow fluctuation of the distribution valve and the spool opening and closing time, and when the spool mass is increased to 30g, the flow fluctuation of the distribution valve is increased by 4.75%, the spool closing time is increased by 3ms, and the opening time is increased by 1ms.
