    针对普通液压减振器阻尼特性恒定,汽车悬架的性能不能在极端路面下适时调整的问题,设计了一种新型减振器缓冲阻尼装置。在介绍了新型减振器缓冲阻尼装置的基本结构和工作原理基础上,建立了该减振装置的数学模型,并利用ANSYS建立了双向流固耦合数值仿真模型,完成了减振器阻尼特性分析和阀片变形量的对比分析,并对该减振器进行了试验验证。结果表明,对比于普通减振器,新型减振器缓冲阻尼装置不仅增加了末位缓冲的性能,而且减小了阀片的挠度变形量,延长了阀片的使用寿命;最后通过示功机完成了该减振器的试验验证,证明新型减振器双向流固耦合数值仿真具有准确性,且增加新型减振器缓冲阻尼装置后减振器的性能更优。

    Abstract:

    A new type of damper buffer damping device is proposed to address the problem that the damping characteristics of ordinary hydraulic dampers are constant and the suspension performance of automobiles cannot be adjusted in time under extreme road surfaces. The article introduces the basic structure and working principle of the new damper buffer damping device, establishes the mathematical model of the damping, and uses ANSYS to establish a two-way fluid-solid coupling numerical simulation model, completes the analysis of the damping characteristics of the damper and the comparative analysis of the deformation amount of the valve sheet, and carries out the test verification of the damper. The data results show that compared with the common damper, the new damper buffer damping device not only increases the performance of the end buffer, but also reduces the deflection deformation of the valve plate, and prolongs the service life of the valve plate; finally, the experimental validation of the damper is completed by the oscillator, which proves that the numerical simulation of the new damper with bi-directional fluid-solid coupling has the accuracy, and the performance of the damper is better with the addition of the new damper buffer damping device. The performance of the damper is better with the addition of the new damper buffer damping device.
