    摘要:

    针对不规则平面边界约束喷涂的涂膜均匀性优化问题,提出了基于膜厚精度要求的边界约束喷涂涂层均匀性调控方法。基于建立的考虑喷枪喷涂高度和倾角为变量的静态喷涂模型,采用积分法建立喷枪沿圆弧轨迹动态喷涂的涂膜厚度分布模型,并进一步建立相邻两圆弧喷涂轨迹间涂层均匀性的优化模型;通过对不同曲率半径搭配喷涂轨迹间的涂层均匀性进行优化求解,获得相邻轨迹曲率半径搭配对膜厚误差的影响规律,并进一步给出满足膜厚精度要求的喷涂轨迹曲率半径调控与生成算法,实现涂层均匀性的调控。实验表明,提出的方法与边界约束喷涂调控前相比,膜厚标准差提升13.5%,能适应膜厚精度要求,且与无边界约束的喷涂方法相比,喷涂时间能减少32.0%。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the uniformity optimization of spraying with irregular plane boundary constraints, a control method of spraying trajectory with boundary constraints based on the requirement of film thickness accuracy was proposed. Based on the established static spraying model considering the spray height and inclination Angle of the spray gun as variables, the film thickness distribution model of the spray gun along the arc trajectory was established by integrating method, and the optimization model of the coating uniformity between two adjacent arc spraying trajectories was further established. By optimizing the coating uniformity between different curvature radii and spraying trajectories, the law of influence of the curvature radii of adjacent trajectories on the film thickness error was obtained, and the regulation and generation algorithm of the curvature radii of spraying trajectories meeting the requirements of film thickness accuracy was further given to achieve the regulation of coating uniformity.The experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the standard deviation of film thickness by 13.5% compared with the method before boundary constraint spraying control, which can meet the requirements of film thickness accuracy, and the spraying time can be reduced by 32.0% compared with the spraying method without boundary constraint.
