Aiming at the problems of throttling loss and pressure overshoot in distribution process of the axial piston pump, establish the AMESim simulation model of the swash plate axial piston pump based on the shuttle distribution. By comparing with the original distribution, the shuttle distribution with non-throttling valveplate and variable volume cylinder block can achieve softer compression and expansion of piston chamber pressure, less pressure overshooting and no throttling loss. The simulation results are consistent with the test results of shuttle technology announced by INNAS in 2022.
