    摘要:

    制备熔敷金属力学性能测试时用的试板时,一种是利用焊接工装约束试板,一种是在焊前使试板反变形。前者使焊后的试板存在较大的焊接应力,而且这两种方法都是一种试板需要一套焊接工装,增加了生产成本。针对此问题,设计了一种熔敷金属力学性能测试用试板焊接工装,该工装中夹具体可在水平面旋转任意角度,托板可在垂直面内旋转30°以内的任意角度。该工装焊接中不对工件进行刚性固定,使工件自由变形,减少焊接应力;可在焊接装配时通过托板在垂直面内的旋转,给试板一个和预先估计的变形大小相等方向相反的人为变形,使焊接结构形状正确;当焊完一道焊道时,无需搬动工件即可实现工件的旋转,且旋转到所需要的角度后,可由限位装置限制工件的继续转动;工装中的刻度盘及铰链轴都有护板,便于拆装,以利于护板损坏时的快速更换。

    Abstract:

    When preparing test board which is used to do the mechanical properties test of deposited metals, one method is to use the welding fixture to load constraint to the test board,the other is to add the reverse deformation before welding it. The former exist welding stress after welding which can not be ignored. Both require an independent set of welding fixture which will undoubtedly increase production cost. Aiming at this problem, a welding fixture was designed which could be used to do the mechanical properties test of deposited metals. The body of this welding fixture could be rotated in a horizontal plane with arbitrary angle and the support plane could be rotated arbitrary angle in a vertical plane within 30°. No rigid fixation was exerted to workpiece during welding, so the workpiece could do free deformation in order to reduce welding stress. An artificial deformation which had opposite direction and equal size with the pre-estimated value was given to the test board through the rotation of the support plate in the vertical plane in the welding assembly, so the welding structure could attain a correct shape. The rotation of the workpiece could be achieved without moving it when finishing a weld bead and the continued rotation could be limited by a set of limiting device when rotating to the required angle. Both the dial scale and hinge of the welding fixture had guard board which was convenient to assemble or disassemble so as to achieve a rapid replacement when the guard board damaged.
