Abstract:High machining speed and high surface quality is one goal of pursuit in high-speed machining technology.The important factors influencing its surface quality were captured, and the orthogonal experiment of 4 factors and 4 levels was designed by analyzing. Namely, the influence of surface quality by four distinct parameters of spindle speed, machining speed, axial depth and radial depth was researched in condition of parameters constant of milling cutter. Finally, the decisive factors influencing the surface quality were obtained, which provided some reference for choosing parameters by actual operator.
