Abstract:Aiming at the impact problem of the harrow part cart of hydraulic transmission system of drum-type blending reclaimer in one industrial harbor, the hydraulic system by using AMESim software was simulated dynamically and analyzed. Optimization proposals were put forward, and then the equipment was modified according to the optimization program. Through the lab testing, the results show that the work performance of the optimized hydraulic system is improved, and the effectiveness of the simulation optimization method is proved.
