Abstract:By the pneumatic extrusion deposition porous bone scaffold rapid prototyping machine as molding equipment,with Sodium alginate(SA)and hydroxyapatite(HAP)as the molding materials,the most suitable for bone tissue cell growth porosity and perfect communication with the interior structure of the artificial alveolar model was produced.The alveolar bone quality impact factors in the process of rapid prototyping were optimized in selection,and the artificial alveolar bone mechanical properties of molding in the type of alginate concentration,different calcining temperature post-processing case was tested.The results show that a good shape and optimum macro microscopic pore structure is gotten when the alginate concentration of 5% and the hydroxyapatite ratio of 1∶1.1,and the best temperature ceramic hydroxyapatite bone formation is 1 200 ℃.
