Abstract:The most important function of paver screed were smoothing hot mixture, tamping screed, and the vibrators were located in front of the screed. The role of the eccentric shaft was for reciprocating motion, and the pre-compaction of the mixture. A paver splicing screed dynamics simulation model was built by using ADAMS software, in the adjacent splicing paragraph the phase difference between different vibrators, the vibration of screed backplane was found. After compared with the experiments, the feasibility of such a simulation analysis method is verified.
