Abstract:Dynamic cabin simulation training system for aircraft fire-fighting emergency rescue can simulate the aircraft’s bumpy situation when it is running, landing and flying in the air. It can be used to train the flight crew, thus can improve their handling ability when meeting emergency. The design principle of dynamic cabin hydraulic system was discussed, the process and control demands were presented too. The hardware network structure of dynamic cabin control system based on PLC and configuration technology was analyzed which core was PLC, and the designed methods for the control and monitor program were introduced in brief. The whole system has the functions of pose and speed control, it works stably and reliably, and the human-machine interface is concise, distinct and convenient. It was already used in the training course.
