Abstract:The simulation model of throttling speed control circuit on hydraulic system was built by using the AMESim software, and three kinds of valve port parameters were enacted and simulated. The velocity and load data of throttling speed control circuit on hydraulic system were collected by using QCS003B hydraulic test rig. The throttling speed and rigidity of control circuit were compared and analyzed. The result indicates that the built model is correct, and experimental data analysis results are in accord with that of theory, which is referential for the design of this type of circuit.
