Abstract:The parameter optimization model of gear form grinding,which regarding profit rate as objective function, was established with correlative grinding theory on the basis of analyzing it's craft feature. Technology parameters of gear form grinding, including wheel speed,feed speed and grinding depth which impacting on gear form grinding efficiency, surface performance and costs, were optimized by using improved complex method, and some examples were presented.The experiment confirms that this way is practicable,convenient,efficient compared with the traditional way and can be used for the selection of gear form grinding parameters for enterprises. There is theoretic significance for achieving high efficiency and accuracy purpose of gear grinding.
