The stator is a key element to decide its life and efficiency.In order to study the deformation and stress on non uniform thickness stator of the new-type opposed biconical cone screw seawater hydraulic pump, which was under internal pressure, the analysis model was established for the stator. The stress state and deformation regularity of the opposed biconical cone screw seawater hydraulic pump stator were obtained by finite element analyzing software ANSYS-Workbench under internal pressure. The deformation principle of an inner contour line of the rubber was studied primarily and curves of the inner contour line normal and tangential displacement versus pressure were described. An analysis of non-uniform thickness at different sections of the stator stress state and deformation was made. The regularity can be applied to optimize the design of the new-type seawater hydraulic pump and improve its working efficiency.
