Abstract:Based on the mechanism of vibratory stress relief, it was expounded the evaluation of vibration effect and parameters optimal selection were the key technology of vibratory stress relief for welding structure. The effects of excitation frequency, excitation force, excitation time on vibratory stress relief were studied with both theoretical and experimental point of view, and the blind-hole method was optimized. Three common welding pieces with material of 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 5A06,20 were experimented. It is revealed that the stress elimination ratio of the welding pieces reach 98.8%,45.3%,44.1% respectively, which validates the correction of the selected process parameters and concludes that vibratory stress relief is superior to the thermal relief.
