基于ADAMS的伺服泵渐开线花键啮合动力学仿真研究

    摘要:

    采用Pro/E建立伺服电机驱动液压泵的渐开线花键传动的三维实体模型,并导入ADAMS建立对应的虚拟样机模型。基于ADAMS的动态接触力模型,在内花键套与外花键轴之间施加接触力;根据伺服电机的运动特点,在内花键套上施加转速驱动;根据叶片泵的负载特性,在外花键轴上施加突变负载转矩。实现了伺服泵花键啮合传动过程动力学仿真,得到了内花键套和外花键轴的转角、转速以及驱动扭矩曲线,为深入研究伺服泵花键传动系统动力学特性提供了参考依据。

    Abstract:

    Three-dimensional (3-D) solid models of involute splines for servo motor-driven hydraulic pump was built by using software Pro/E, and imported into software ADAMS to establish corresponding virtual prototype. Based on the dynamic impact force model of ADAMS, the contact forces between the internal spline and the external spline were built. According to the drive characteristic of servo motor, a variable speed drive was imposed on the internal spline. According to the load characteristic of vane pump, a peak drag torque was imposed on the external spline. The dynamic simulation of involute spline meshing transmission for servo-driven pump was realized. The rotation degrees, angular speed and the drive torque curves of the internal spline and external spline are obtained, which provides references to further research on dynamic characteristics of involute splines transmission system of servo-driven pump.
