    摘要:

    钢结构厂房中的十字型梁没有专门型材,需要两种型材拼焊。由于结构限制,普通埋弧焊接设备无法施焊,且手工拼焊不能保证质量,需要设计专用焊接设备。为了保证十字形梁焊接精度,专用焊机设计前针对定位方式进行误差计算,从而找出合理的定位方式,并制造出专用焊机投入生产,为钢结构厂房中的十字型梁构件的加工方法提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, based the processing method of cross beam used in steel structure factory building as the research object, because the cross beam without special profiles, so we need two profiles spell-welding. The ordinary submerged arc welding equipment cannot normal applied welding, and manual spell-welding cannot guarantee the quality, due to structural constraints. In order to ensure accuracy of cross beam welding, before the design of special welding machine, the error calculation was conducted in view of positioning method of special welding machine, and find out the reasonable positioning mode, provide theoretical support for manufacturing special welding machine.
