    摘要:

    以高精度气体静压电主轴为研究对象,介绍了“T”字型、“工”字型及“中”字型等3种结构类型的应用特点;采用SolidWorks软件对3种结构类型进行模态计算分析,并与Ansys软件的计算结果进行了对比;在模态分析中,研究了结构类型、轴向刚度大小等对转子特性的影响。结果表明:SolidWorks的模态计算精度可以满足电主轴结构设计的理论分析需求;提高轴向刚度有助于提高各阶模态值,尤其是二、三阶模态值;在相同条件下, “中”字型电主轴结构具有较高的各阶模态值。

    Abstract:

    The highprecision aerostatic motorized spindle was taken as the research object, the application characteristics of the three structure types (the “T” type, the “工” type and the “中”type )were introduced. The modal analysis of the three structure types were carried out with the SolidWorks software,and the results were compared with the ones of the Ansys software.In the modal analysis,the effects of the structure type and the axial stiffness on the rotor characteristics were studied.The result shows that the calculation precision of the SolidWorks software can meet the demand of the theoretical analysis of motorized spindle structure design,improving the axial stiffness is able to improve the modal values,especially the second and the third order modal values,and the same working condition,the“工”type motorized spindle has higher modal values than the other two types.
