    建立了五自由度磁悬浮电主轴试验系统,利用MATLAB工具箱分别仿真分析了模糊自适应PID和不完全微分PID控制策略对系统动态性能的影响,设计制作了基于TMS320F28335DSP的数字控制器硬件电路,分别编写了模糊自适应PID和不完全微分PID控制软件,完成了系统的高速旋转试验,对磁悬浮电主轴在两种控制策略下的同频振动和回转精度进行了对比研究。研究结果表明,采用模糊自适应PID控制策略可以提高磁悬浮电主轴的稳定性和回转精度。

    Abstract:

    An experimental system of motorized spindle supported by five degreeoffreedom (5DOF) active magnetic bearings was built up. The influences of fuzzy adaptive ProportionIntegrationDifferential (PID) and incomplete differential PID control strategies on dynamic characteristics of the system were analyzed separately by MATLAB toolbox. The hardware circuit of digital controller based on TMS320F28335DSP were designed and made, corresponding control software of fuzzy adaptive PID and incomplete differential PID were programmed, and the tests of high speed rotation of the system were completed. Rotating precision and vibration at the same frequency of the motorized spindle supported by active magnetic bearings under two kinds of control strategies were compared and researched. The research results show that the using of fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy can improve the stability and rotating precision of the motorized spindle supported by active magnetic bearings.
