    摘要:

    在分析对比了各种小孔加工工艺优缺点的基础上,针对航空发动机常见的小孔结构,设计研制了一台利用管状工具电极加工小孔的三轴数控电解加工机床,机床包括机床进给系统、电解液循环系统和控制系统等几个部分,最后通过对Inconel718高温镍基合金进行小孔试验加工验证了该机床加工的可靠性和稳定性。

    Abstract:

    Based on the analysis and comparing of advantages and disadvantages of various machining process of small holes,a numerical control (NC) electrochemical machining (ECM) machine tool with three axes by using tubular electrode to machine small holes was designed and developed,which was directed against the structure of common small holes of the aircraft engine.The machine tool was included of parts of machine tools feeding system,circulating system of electrolyte and control system,and etc.Finally,the machining reliability and stability of machine tool is verified through the experimental machining of small holes of hightemperature nickelbased alloys Inconel718. 
