The failure data of the foreign highgrade machining center was processed by using the total failure time method. The failure data was analyzed by the statistical method of the reliability with Matlab software，which included selecting model, parameter estimation and calibration, and so on. The failure data obtained of machining center was submit to Weibull Distribution. The reliability of the machining center is evaluated based on acquired multiple reliability indexes.
