    摘要:

    为了对云制造应用的进一步研究提供指导意义,分析了目前我国锻造行业制造资源和制造能力的现状,将“云制造”引入锻造行业。结合锻造行业现状,探讨了锻造云服务模式及特点。基于这种运行模式,提出了一种面向锻造行业的五层云服务平台体系架构并对该平台服务业务流程做了分析。面向锻造行业的云制造服务平台体系架构对于提高制造资源和制造能力的利用率,提升锻造行业整体水平具有重要意义。

    Abstract:

    In order to guide the application of cloud manufacturing, the current situation in our country about manufacture resource and capability in forging industry was analyzed. Based on which the “Cloud Manufacturing” was applied into forging industry. By combined with current situation of forging industry, the mode of forging cloud service was discussed as well as its characteristic. A fivelayered cloud services platform of system architecture was proposed for forging industry based on the mode of operation, and its flow of service process was analyzed. The above system architecture is of great significance to raise the utilization of manufacturing resources and capability, and to enhance the level of forging industry as a whole.
