A kind of slave design scheme was put forward that uses the EtherCAT Piggyback controller boards FB11110141 from BECKHOFF and PIC24HJ128GP506 microcontroller unit (MCU) in order to achieve high realtime and high rate.The microprocessor and the EtherCAT piggyback controller boards FB11110141 for slave development using SPI communication mode,the master and slave were configured.The research results show that the system eventually can operate stably,and EtherCAT can implement communication.
