In accordance with the requirements of enterprises, a robot system was developed for CNC machines loading and unloading.The prospects and demand for robotic applications were introduced. The establishment of the robotic workstation, design of mechanical device, workflow of the robot system and robot programming were illustrated. The performance of the robot system was proved by practical application.
