    摘要:

    目前芥菜去皮加工设备存在生产效率低下、劳动强度大、加工事故率高等弊端。针对以上情况,设计了一种全新的芥菜去皮机。该去皮机由自动上料摆正定心机构对物料进行摆正和预夹紧;采用间歇传送机构输送物料;由插紧旋转卸载机构完成物料的固定夹紧并为下一步削皮工作提供旋转动力;再由切削机构完成去皮工作,最终由卸载机构将加工好的物料卸载,保证加工依次进行。该设计可为类似作物的削皮加工提供参考。

    Abstract:

    At present, the brassica juncea peeling machine has some malpractice, such as low production efficiency, higher labor intensity and high accident rate. According to the situation, a kind of new peeling machine was designed. The automatic load centring mechanism was used to center and preclamp the material. The intermittent transmission mechanism was used for feeding on material. The stuck in and rotation mechanism was used to stuck tightly and provide power for peeling. In the end, the cutting mechanism finished the work and then the processed brassica juncea was taken out. The next circulation would begin. This design provides a solution for the processing of similarity material.
