    摘要:

    滚珠丝杠副额定动、静载荷加载试验是滚珠丝杠副验收时必要测试环节。以工业计算机、交流伺服电动机和用比例溢流阀为调压元件的液压系统构建滚珠丝杠副加载试验台,进行额定静载荷加载试验时,通过比例溢流阀压力的PID控制能够精确稳定加载液压缸输出的加载力;进行额定动载荷跑合加载试验和效率测试时,以比例溢流阀背压作为负载,用交流伺服电动机驱动滚珠丝杠副跑合,跑合速度易于控制。经实际使用验证,试验台工作可靠、稳定。

    Abstract:

    The ball screw rated static or dynamic load loading test is necessary process before accepted. With the industrial computer, AC servo motor and hydraulic system with proportional overflow valve as pressure regulating element, a loading test bench for ball screw was constructed. By PID control for proportional overflow valve, the loading hydraulic cylinder could output accurate and stable force in static rated load loading test. Using proportional overflow valve backpressure as the load, with AC servo motor driving the ball screw to run, the running speed was easy to control in dynamic rated load running test and efficiency test. In actual test, the test works reliably and steadily.
