    摘要:

    针对一种新型抽油杆减振器,建立了减振器阻尼力数学模型,并基于计算流体动力学理论利用ANSYS CFX对减振器阻尼力进行仿真分析,研究了阻尼孔径和环形缝隙径向高度对阻尼力的影响规律。结果表明:当d0=1 mm,h=03 mm时,阻尼力最大为1431 kN,当d0=4 mm,h=05 mm时阻尼力最小为85 kN,随着阻尼孔径和环形缝隙径向高度的增加阻尼力不断减小;当阻尼孔径较小时,环形缝隙径向高度对阻尼力的影响很明显,当阻尼孔径超过3 mm时,环形缝隙径向高度对阻尼力影响逐渐减小;当环形缝隙较小时,阻尼孔径对阻尼力的影响较明显,当环形缝隙径向高度超过04 mm时,阻尼孔径对阻尼力影响也逐渐减小。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at a new type of sucker rod damper, a mathematical model of damping force was established, and based on ANSYS CFX and fluid dynamic theory simulation, the effect rule of damping aperture size and annular gap height on the damping force was systematically studied. The results show that when the d0=1 mm,h=03 mm, the maximum damping force is 1431 kN, and when the d0=4 mm,h=05 mm, the minimum damping force is 85 kN; with the increase of the damping aperture and annular gap radial height, the damping force decreases; When the damping aperture is small, the effect of the annular gap height on the damping force is obvious, and when the damping aperture is more than 3 mm, the effect is gradually decreased; When the annular gap height is small, the effect of the damping aperture on the damping force is obvious, and when the annular gap height is more than 04 mm, the effect is also gradually decreased.
