Abstract:The numerical control punch CAM system was proposed which included continuous steppunching processing template customization based on transformation and upgrade of punchand software development of computer aided programming and code automatically generated for the shortcomings of complex hole coordinates calculation, single processing template, low programming efficiency in the processing code compilation of early CNC punch. The upgrade process of the CNC punch,standard and application of continuous steppunching processing template,interaction design method of CNC precision machining contour based on CAXA platform were introduced. Processing code automatically generated software and processing track dynamic simulation software based on VBNET were designed.The application results show that the CAM system is an important part of the numerical control punch high efficiency and automation which avoided a large amount of calculations in the manual programming,greatly improved the CNC punching working efficiency and implemented quickly continuous steppunching processing of profiled holes and profiled outline.
