    摘要:

    设计一种新型的数控机床故障监控系统,通过在数控机床上安装不同类型的传感器,对易产生故障的部位进行多参数综合监控。数据采集模块负责对各种动态参数进行实时采集,并通过无线网络方式将数据传输至上位机。上位机中安装有相应的故障监控软件,将通过软件界面显示故障信息并报警。实验结果表明:基于传感网络的数控机床故障监控系统可降低机床停机率,提高机床利用率并早期预防某些隐性故障。

    Abstract:

    A new type of NC machine tool fault monitoring system was designed. Through installing a variety of sensors in the positions of the NC machine tool where were prone to failure , multiparameter comprehensive monitoring for NC machine tool was carried on. Data acquisition module was used to realtime collect the various dynamic parameters which were transmitted to the PC through wireless way. The corresponding fault monitoring software was installed in the PC, it could display fault information through the software interface and alarm promptly.Experimental results show that the sensor network technology applied to the NC machine tool fault monitoring system, can decrease the rate of machine downtime, improve the utilization rate of machine tools and prevent some early recessive fault.
