    摘要:

    提出一种无需涂抹红丹粉的机械结合面贴合率检测方法。将机械结合面的接触简化成粗糙的差表面与理想刚性平面的接触。通过建立接触变形模型,运用弹性接触理论,推导出接触变形量的计算公式,进而计算出结合面的贴合率。检测结果证明:该检测方法能够真实反映出试验模型机械结合面贴合区域分布情况,为分析试验模型密封性能提供依据。

    Abstract:

    A joint rate measurement method without Hongdan(Pb3O4) powder was proposed. The mechanical contact surfaces were simplified into the rough surface and the ideal plane. Through the establishment of contact deformation model, using the elastic contact theory, the formula for calculating the contact deformation was deduced, and then the joint rate of the contact surface was calculated. The test results show that the measurement method can be used to truly reflect the joint distribution of the mechanical contact surface. It provides basis for the sealing performance test of the tested model.
