    摘要:

    根据超声汽化蒸汽驱动的膀胱动力泵的组成原理,设计了一种采用橡胶材料的尿道阀,确定了其结构参数。运用超声学、热力学理论建立了尿道阀驱动力和尿流率的数学模型并验证了有效性。利用ANSYS Workbench建立了尿道阀的三维实体模型,仿真分析了不同材料匹配、不同受力方式下尿道阀的开口量和形状,实验研究了尿道阀开口量对尿流率的影响。结果表明:所设计的尿道阀可以满足其功能要求。研究结果可为尿道阀的设计和研究提供依据,也可为其他人体可植入式元件的设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    According to the principle of bladder power pump driven by ultrasonicvaporized steam, the urethral valve using rubber was designed, the structure parameter of urethral valve was determined. The mathematical models of driving force and urine flow rate of urethral valve were built based on the theories of ultrasonics and thermodynamics, and the effectiveness was verified by simulation and experiment. The 3D solid model of urethral valve was established and the opening size and shape of urethral valve under the different materials match and driving force direction was simulated using ANSYS Workbench. The effect of the opening size of urethral valve on urine flow rate was studied by experiment. The results show that the urethral valve can meet the functional requirements. The research findings can provide basis for the design and the study of urethral valve, which can also provide reference for the design of other implantable devices of human.
