Abstract:According to the innovative design of the mechanism of the regulation hydraulic material piling machine, its condition of piling the material along the line and dynamic analysis finite element model (FEM) are established. Coupling innovative design was proposed based on Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) and reliability analysis. Through its FEA and reliability analysis, it was shown that it did pile the material along the line, and based on this the innovative design scheme of the mechanism of the regulation material piling machine was given. The study provides a new method and basis for innovative design of the mechanism of the material piling machine.
