某微型轴流涡轮的流场仿真与性能计算

    摘要:

    为了得到某微型轴流涡轮的气动性能和优化设计方案,利用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件CFX140对涡轮的流场进行了全三维计算,湍流模型采用带转捩SST(Shear Stress Transport)的N-S(Navier-Stokes)方程模型,计算结果与试验结果进行了对比,两者吻和较好。计算得出了涡轮在各个工作点的内部流动状况并得到涡轮的特性曲线,该发动机燃气涡轮性能平坦,工作范围较窄,设计点效率为0805,相对大型发动机的涡轮效率较低。计算结果为先进的微型航空发动机的涡轮设计提供了一定的参考和借鉴。

    Abstract:

    In order to get a micro axial turbine pneumatic performance and optimal design project, full threedimensional (3D) computation of the turbine flow field is conducted by the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software CFX14.0.3D Reynolds averaged N-S (Navier-Stokes) equations with shear stress transport (SST) turbulence model were used to predict the micro axial turbine internal flow, which results were compared with the experimental data and they were well matched. The internal flow condition in each working point was obtained by computation and for the turbine performance curve. The gas turbine engine had smooth performance curves and narrow working range. The efficiency of designing point was 0.805, which is lower more than that of large engine turbine. The computational results provide certain reference and basis for the design of an advanced micro axial turbine of aviation engine.
