    摘要:

    我国大多数地区的农业生产仍有生产者手工完成,人工劳作不仅效率低而且负担重、工作量大。基于此,提出并设计了一种农用的下肢外骨骼机构。该机构旨在帮助人们更好、更快地完成农业生产。完成了8自由度(单腿)下肢外骨骼机械的结构设计;利用UG软件建立了该机构的三维模型;基于ADMAS软件对其进行了运动仿真分析;并根据仿真的结果来验证所设计外骨骼机构的合理性。

    Abstract:

    The agricultural production in most areas of our country is still done by producers manually, and manual labor is not only inefficient, but also heavy and large workload. Based on this, a kind of agricultural lower limb exoskeleton mechanism is proposed and designed. The mechanism aims to help people achieve agricultural production better and faster. The 8 degrees of freedom (8-DOF) (Single leg) structure design of mechanical lower extremity exoskeleton was done. The three-dimensional (3D) model of the mechanism was established by using UG software. Simulation analysis of its motion was carried out based on the ADMAS software. According to the simulation results, the rationality of the design of exoskeleton mechanism is verified.
