      为满足助力器电液模拟加载器控制系统的实时性需求,开发基于QNX的助力器电液模拟加载器实时控制系统。利用QNX实时操作系统精确定时性能,精确设定控制系统系统的控制周期。基于服务器/客户端模型编程实现多线程并发的实时控制系统,进一步应用互斥锁和条件变量实现线程同步。某型助力器加载试验结果表明:模拟加载器实时控制系统的实时性好,控制周期稳定为0.5 ms;多线程的共享数据读写正确,线程运行逻辑安全可靠;静、动态加载性能可满足实际工程应用。
英文摘要:
      To meet the real time performance demand of the booster’selectric hydraulic loading simulator,the real time control system was developed based on QNX.The cycle of the control system was set precisely by using accurate timing property in QNX RTOS.The real-time control system was developed based on server/client model to improve the real time performance.MUTEX and CONVARDS(Conditional Variables)were applied to synchronize threads.The booster loading test results show that real-time control system control cycle can be fixed at 0.5 ms;problems that the read/write data error and logical error in multiple threads system have been solved;loading accuracy performance meets the demand of practical engineering projects.
